He soon left the army in pursuit of the noble craft of creating bitters, something that the company still does to this day. The Rum is characteristically \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003esweet\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e and takes on some \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003evanilla \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003efeatures from the barrel.
