But they then\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e re-distill\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e it to each the juniper notes and infuse three kinds of rose petals — Heritage, Damask, and wild Irish roses from the local Wicklow Mountains. It’s a \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003etruly lovely sipper\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e… it’s almost romantic.
