Description

Cabernet Sauvignon is the flagship varietal of Margaret River. Year after year it produces world class wines that have helped put our region on the map. This wine displays the backbone and strength that make Margaret River cabernet such a delight. This is our premier red release and will continue to be our signature varietal in future vintages. The Yallingup ridge, along with Wilyabrup, has now been highlighted as the source of Margaret River’s best Cabernet Sauvignon.

2019 was a cracking vintage and if ever I thought there was a cabernet that could go 20 years, this is the one. Like all great wines, it is such a beautiful drink at the moment. 

Tasting Notes

This wine has a deep crimson colour and powerful aromas of violets and plum. Palate is rich and juicy with great weight of flavour.
