This 13-inch pizza stone is crafted from natural food-safe ceramic and heats to 480 degrees Fahrenheit for authentic pizza baking. The porous stone absorbs moisture to create crispier crusts while distributing heat evenly for perfect browning without burning. Simply place the cold stone in a cold oven and heat together, then add your pizza with a light dusting of cornmeal. The included contoured rack (not oven safe) safely transports the hot stone for serving. Works on gas, electric, convection, microwave, and grill surfaces. Always allow the stone to cool completely before cleaning with a damp cloth and stiff brush. 

*Never clean a pizza stone with soap.* Only clean your pizza stone after it has completely cooled. Always scrape off all spilled or cooked food with a stiff brush, scrubbing pad, or plastic scraper, and simply wipe the surface of the stone with a damp cloth. Putting a hot stone into tepid water will weaken its structural integrity and can cause small fractures that could lead to eventual breakage.
